Everyone can remember a time in their lives when they have had a relationship whether good or bad. ... Because of differences in communication, behavior, activities, lack of similarities in conversational style, can be major conflicts in the effects of relationships between men and women. ... The reason men want the women to tell them what they are to trying to say is because men stereotype due to gender and feel if they say the wrong thing then it will create problems in their relationship. Women want the men to figure out what they are saying before they mention it because women, as well as men, stereotype because of gender and think men don’t understand women’s needs, and this is a way for women to test men on how well they know them. ... There isn’t an individual to blame for this because individuals of different gender are raised in a different way. ... Every person has to understand that conflicts in relationships will arise because of communication problems due to differences in gender.
