Aid consists of knowledge, training, use of foreign land and resources, manpower, material items such as food, weapons and funding. Many of the claims and links of one nation aiding one of these groups fall under mere suspicion by the governments and groups that are opposing each other. Despite the high number of these claims there are several concrete cases and instances of foreign aid to these groups. prevent a kidnapping: * Don't think you're immune because you're not rich. The most frequent kidnapping targets are middle-class executives and their families. Remember, wealth is relative. Leave your flashy clothes, glittery jewels and luxury car at home. * Vary your routine. Don't travel the same road, jog the same path or eat at the same restaurant every day.
