Malley I agree with this quote because it’s hard to live up to your father’s expectations or his memory. 9-30-03 “No parent should out-live his own child.” - Anonymous 10-2-03 “Rebellion against tyrants is obedience to God.” - Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) 10-8-03 “The tragedy of war is that it uses mans best to do man’s worst.” - Harry Emerson Fosdick (1878-1969) To me this quote is trying to say that man try their best in war but it’s worst because they kill one another. 10-10-03 “Death: a punishment to some, to some a gift, and to many a favor.” - Seneca (C. 48 B.C.E-65C.E.) I believe this quote is trying to say that death frees you from the troubles of life.
