Tool Water is an essential element for life as we know it on earth. Water is used for basic biological processes, which would be impossible without it. All of life as we know it can be traced back to the water in Earth’s Precambrian seas. Water is not only the universal solvent, but also the reactant of more elements and compounds than any other substance known to man. Bankruptcy is looking inescapable for commercial airlines worldwide. United Airlines, US Airways, and Hawaiian Airlines filed for Chapter 11 within the past year. According to the Chicago tribune, the industry reported a loss of $7.5 billion.
