In the case of capital punishment, is it not a man’s final destiny to be played into the hands of another human? ... Which is fair punishment? ... To those who oppose capital punishment the evidence is overpowering that classicism, racism and economics are prevailing factors in administering the death penalty, thus demonstrating greater injustices of the current practice of exercising the death penalty.
