According the Oracle Website, Oracle Database is designed for enterprises of all types and it offers businesses fast, simple installation and extensive self-management in addition to advanced features such as clustering (2003).

OPA is a database that is used to manage project templates and projects, expenditure controls, actual expenditures, budgets, customer information and more. The project managers use the database to manage project costs, to enter their expenditures and to generate reports based on this information. The billing team, which is where I have most experience, uses the database to enter and manage customer information, such as customer contact information, the account and order information, the dollar amounts to be billed and the description of the work for which the bill is generated. ... Billing Specialists (Billers) review contracts and use requests from project mangers and other various sources to decide what information to enter into the database and therefore what the invoice will looks like once it is generated.
