As a complex political and financial-supporting machine,government would face many social problems,one of which has to be considered is that whether government should fund any scientific research whose consequeces,either medical or ethical are unclear.To the question mentioned above,my answer is positive that the fund is needed to the scientific research even though whose consequences,either medical or ethical are unclear.
As a mottosays,scientific research is like to explore wild filed,having the possibility of abounding with mine underground ,which may become the important resource and fortune as the role of improving the living condition of people around,and also with the equal probability of investing large mount of financial,human and natural resource on the research in vain.However, nothing uncertain would be regarded as the truth by the whold world people later if without the hard process of proving,as without many pass-by walking through the wild land,there would not emerge a road ahead.
