RAINBOW: For the Jews, the Bible embodies god's will for a just society, In ancient times, a sign of symbol represented a promise from God. After the flood , when Noah/s family began to repopulate the earth, God promised Noah never again to wipe out humanity. The sign of that promise is the appearance of a rainbow in the sky. It was chanted to ward of illness. It was written repeatedly to form a triangle and worn as a protection against disease. They were commonly prepared for fertility at marriage , for children, traveler and protect a household or the wearer against the evil eye.
