Most war films are concerned with the World War II, and Vietnam, and so are these two, The Thin Red Line-WW2 and Full Metal Jacket-Vietnam; however, the two outstanding directors from these movies, Terrence Malick and Stanley Kubrick, both developed with advancement in stylistics and themes by their unique personal schemes to explain this genre. Though, the two films, The Thin Red Line and Full Metal Jacket, set up on a wholly different stages, we still can make some comparison through their significantly specific differences of viewpoint in the films. ...
