Robert Graves unveils love through those three poems: Symptoms of Love, A Slice of Wedding Cake, and The Wrath. Graves set stages for love in these three poems. First, people fall in love in Symptoms of Love, get marry in A Slice of wedding cake, and fall apart in The Wreath. So although Graves uses universal theme ¡¥love¡¦ for all three poems, he has different voices that sets different tones and moods for the readers. In Symptoms of Love, Graves reveals the signs when men fall in love.
