Andrew doesn’t have a very active social life, as he can’t always afford to go out. ... However he feels he is unhealthy as he doesn’t have an active social life and still has a mild drinking problem. Surprisingly he has a holistic view of his health.
The definitions of Health and Well-Being are:
Negative:
A negative view of health is when you think you are healthy because you are ‘not ill’. You only take into account the worst aspects of your health.
Holistic:
A holistic view of health is where you look at all areas of your health. You may think you are healthy because you eat right and excersise but also you think you are unhealthy because you do not have an active social life or are intellectually stimulated.
