Abigail Williams In Arthur Millers The Crucible, Abigail Williams is one of the most powerful characters. Abigail is using her powers very selfishly to please her with disregards to others. She either uses her power for her own good or to help another person, like her uncle, Reverend Parris. Abigail uses her power to convince the girls to do what she does, to help her blame people for witchcraft. For example, whenever Abigail faints the other girls faint, they all pretty much mimic her every move. Whenever there is someone being charged for witchery she and the girls will pretend to see spirits sent out by those people.
