SESSION 1. Warm Up For my warm up I will jog for about 4mins then stretch off. The stretches that I will do are shown on the ‘Stretches’ page. Main Activity For my main activity I will be working on the lower part of my body. I will be working on this for about half an hour. I have moved up by 20mins more because at this stage I feel I can do better. I will be working on my Hamstrings, Calf’s and Quadriceps. For this activity I will be doing it in the Gym or at Home. Cool Down For my cool down I will do a light jog for about 2mins then stretch off as shown on the ‘Stretches’ page.
