Trane Sales Office - Program Outline Contractor Delivered Systems Specialist Program What is the Program? It is a completely integrated effort that benefits our contractor customers, their customers and finally Trane in building a level of service to provide exceptional comfort in a building. Who we are targeting? This program is designed for the light commercial/residential contractors who are looking for opportunities to grow their business. Who will they target? These firms will be equipped with the skills necessary to sell, install, commission & service delivered comfort systems to any light commercial customer. They will be able to differentiate themselves from their competitors by providing quality products, quality service, and ultimately, quality comfort. How does the Program work? Once a commitment is made, the participants will go through a certification process that involves sales support and technical training. This certification process creates a standard of excellence in which every customer contact results in a quality experience and total customer satisfaction for all of their building comfort needs.
