Language, superficially, is the mean of communication we use to get on with our daily life as humans. Scientifically thinking language is the expression of some internal process, the internal reception of some externally perceived structured activity, speaking, hearing, and understanding. ... What would count as the origin of language? To answer this question we must assume that we can recognise language and distinguish it from other forms of communication. Language development would be a continuum from the simplest form of inter-individual communication to a more and more complex one. The concept of language emerged from grunts and hisses of the early homosapien. Similarly for the question of the origin of spoken language. Looked at intently, as I have said, there of course can be no absolute origin,for example language can be related to the evolution of man and the appearance of the lungs, pharynx, larynx, tongue, mouth etc. ... With that evolution happening language took a sudden turn. The simple sign language that was being used in groups of homosapiens to plot and understand plans was now heading to a more complicated language,the language of sound.The roots of this genre of language first appered in Asia as the Akkadian language emerged and following the same concept other languages appeared: Assyrian, Anglo-Saxon, Avestan, Babylonian, Church Slavonic, Chinese, Coptic, Egyptian,Gothic,Greek,Greek Biblical, Greek Classical,Hebrew,Jatvingian,Latin,Middle English, Old Bulgarian,Old Japanese,etc…. Since communication gave birth to language, language, in turn, created writing and of course the alphabets. ... Problems with ‘sound-based language’ started when challenged deaf and mute people wanted to communicate with others so sign language was the best solution. ... Thousands of years have passed now and currently the most spoken language in the world is English.
