Besides naming someone is an important issue in every culture, they have their own ways and rules to name someone. As the text “Names and Personal Identity” by H. Edward Deluzain defended the naming process involves the names of the relatives in the family trees, the events during the pregnancy and after the birth. Also in story of Gogol by Jhumpa Lahiri someone may name his child before the birth. In this story, Ashoke named his child Gogol before the birth because while he was going to his grandfather by train he survived from a train accident while he was reading the book of a famous Russian author Gogol. So he called his child Gogol because of this vital event.
