Together they travel around from farm to farm working hard and saving money. Their dreams are to own their own farm. The only problem is, is that Lennie gets into trouble, everywhere they go Lennie does something that makes them move to another farm. Unlike Lennie, George was the responsible one; he had been taking care of Lennie and himself ever since their Aunt Clara died. Now George and Lennie had it going good in weed were they had last worked, but poor Lennie had to go and mess up what going good for them. Like I have said before Lennie has the mind of a young child, so he cannot distinguish from write or wrong. In the last town Lennie had accidentally killed a girl. He was touching her dress and she panicked and started to scream, Lennie was scared and he tried to keep her quite, but he had killed her while he was trying to keep her quite. Lennie and George had hid in town then had crept out after dark so that way no one would follow them trying to kill Lennie for what he had done.
