The integration of computer technology into society has under no less term constituted the remaking of our society. ... Moore, a professor at Dartmouth, computer ethics is the analysis of the nature and social impact of computer technology as well as the corresponding formulation and justification of policies for the ethical use of such technology.
In essence this means that some governing authority or the populace individually must be alert to and aware of how the computer is affecting society, and something must be done about it by creating a strategy to ensure that the technology is used in the right manner.
