It was a normal summer day here in Windsor. Hot and humid. I was outside with my mom while she was cleaning up the gardens and making the yard look somewhat presentable. I had become bored of watching her, and running back and forth through the sprinkler had started to get repetitive. I was stumped as to what to do, when I remembered about my brand new, fire engine red tricycle I had gotten from my grandparents. I started by asking my mom if she would watch me while I rode in circles on the patio. She said yes, so off I went, sprinting towards it as if I was running the hundred metre dash for Olympic gold. I got on, started to pedal away, and before the wheels could make one full rotation, my mom yelled to me, “put your helmet on!” Once again I sprinted. This time to the shed to grab my helmet, and back to my tricycle which I could hardly wait to ride now.
