During the preparation for our executive briefing, our group was from my personal point of view very effective taking into consideration all the conflicts we faced during our team work. What I liked the most in our team is that no member was leading or managing the group simply because every member was performing a certain task, we just divided the tasks and each member had to work on his part and present it.
Below I am performing an individual SWOT analysis for our team work based on the matrix above.
Strengths:
Motivation: During our meetings, each member of the group was very motivated in performing its task and everyone in the team was working seriously on his/her part.
