The turn out wasn't that great; he ended up blasting away his mom's fence in the yard. Homer wants to know everything he can about rockets and begins to look at Quinton for some help. The Rocket Boys, as they are called, meet up in Homer's basement to begin working on their project. For days the boys go out and keep experiencing with the rockets, until one day the find an isolated piece of land and call it Cape Coalwood, where they will spring off their rockets everyday.
