(Quote Land) What this individual is saying is that a good, true leader will perform his duties as a stronger member of a group and accept ideas from others, even though he or she might not agree with the suggestions made. Leaders are an important part of any group whether big or small. Being a leader is like a job. You have responsibilities that you need to fulfill in order to accomplish something. Part of the responsibilities of a leader it to influence change, the behaviors and thoughts of people. “No amount of study or learning will make a man a leader unless he has the natural qualities of one.”- (Archibald Wavell). To identify if someone is capable of being a leader, there are many traits you can look for.
