     According to the American Heart Association, Blood pressure is the force that blood puts on the walls of the veins, arteries, and heart. High blood pressure is a condition which the pressure is abnormally high. Blood pressure is usually categorized in two sections Primary and Secondary. In 90 to 95 percent of high blood pressure cases, the cause is unknown. In fact, you can have high blood pressure for years without knowing it.
