Harris and Associates, Inc have been in business for 30 years and during this time have developed a department of experts to manage the Human Resources services for their employees and families. The Human Resources at Harris is responsible for and not limited to the following programs: Employee Benefits, Recruiting, Training/Seminars and Worker’s Compensation and Safety. Along with these responsibilities they play an active roll in hiring, orientation and training of new employees, year-end evaluations and personnel surveys.
