I believe the resurrection of Jesus has more to do with wishful thinking than historical fact because many Christians may argue that dead people cannot rise again. After the death of Jesus there has been no record to show that humans has been seen to rise from death. Even with modern technology there has been no proof of this. Also many people may argue that the parables in the bible may have been made up with no scientific evidence to support the resurrection. ... For example the Muslim faith believe that Jesus did not die at all he became a prophet.
However others may believe that the resurrection of Jesus is a historical fact and there is no wishful thinking involved. ... With women not having many rights in the olden days it was the women who was the first witness of the resurrection of Jesus. ... Some Christians may use references from the bible to argue that Jesus’ resurrection was a historical fact.
