Language is a system of expression and is the basis of human interaction; we use it to be social. Within our society, relationships between groups and individuals are established and reinforced by using particular language techniques. These techniques have evolved and have been customised according to the needs and standards of our society. Different classes and social groups exist in our society. Language is a tool which has been established and developed over centuries by human habits and paradigms. At its core, language is used to reinforce relationships by including or excluding groups and individuals, and the array of language features available is more then helpful in achieving this.
