The Book that I decided to do my reading on was David Cooper’s, Death of the Family. This book was primarily about his idea of getting rid of the traditional family unit and creating an alternative way of living and relationships within other humans including raising your children. He thinks the family is responsible for the problems in the world. ... The book goes through his ideas from birth to death and life topics of love and education. I will go through Cooper’s take on the factors that operate within a family to best compare concepts from Henslin’s text to Cooper’s views.
