The Socialist Republic of Vietnam, a sovereign and reunified independent country, has a high percentage of territorial waters. Vietnam is located in the center of the Southeast Asia, and is shaped like the letter "S". The country lies in the eastern part of the Indochina peninsula, bordered by China to the north, Laos and Cambodia to the west, and the East Sea and Pacific Ocean to the southeast. Vietnam's coast line is 3,260 km long and its inland border measures 4,510 km. Futhermore, Vietnam has many beautiful sightseeing places , world wonder such as Ha Long bay ….and attractive others which attract tourists would like to stay as long as possible. Because of a big country with a lots of wonderful things, people go to visit Vietnam more and more so Vietnam attempts to develope its tourism better and better. And to do this goal Vietnam organized its tourism following departments : Vietnam National Administration of Tourism is a government agency, which exercises the state management function over tourism operations and activities throughout country .
