The first thing that comes to mind when I hear this word is “organized behavior of individuals within an organization”. I then immediately think of Organizational Behavior at first as knowing the process in which we as individuals act in organizations as a group. ... Organizational behavior obviously deciphers how we as people act in organization relationships. ... Organizational behavior is meant to help all organizational stakeholders to better understand the organization in which they work in and to help them work more effectively in them. I feel as if the sole purpose of organizational behavior is to simply build better relationships within an organization.
