Above all this subordinate, in our work culture, are not authorized to go to strong conflict with superior though superiors always tells that conflicts should be welcomed. ************** One has to necessarily align his/her focus, attitude, character, and behavior in-tune with his/her superiors, which are very difficult to get aligned with another plane. ********************************************** On Peers Peers are by and large of same age and same experience and their performance is measured by the output. ...
