MY LIFE FROM KINDERGARTEN TO PRESENT When I started kindergarten, it was very different for me making that adjustment from day-care to school because I started school a year early and skipped pre-k. Most of the kids were bigger than me and all of them were older. I lived in the Harrowgate district but went to Ecoff because I caught the bus at my great-grandmother’s house. I didn’t really like Ecoff at first because I didn’t know anybody, but after a month or two I was fine. When I got to about the fourth grade, I was ready to get out of there. That only made my last two years the hardest. I guess you can say I had senioritis at a very young age.
