Customers always buy goods that bring some value to them. ... But if two items are almost identical, then the package might be the thing that makes customer buy just that product. ... That’s when customer value has been created. ... Then it also possible that customer buy the whole package of cans instead of buying just a one can. ... If customer has again two alternatives, he or she probably takes one that looks nicer or is easier to carry. ... For example, if two similar products are side by side, the colour of the package might be the thing that makes customer to choose that particular product. If customer is sopping on-line, it is very important how easy the process is. If a customer has to read and fill all kind of difficult forms, it might be that customer tries another on-line shop that offers same kind of product, but easier way. Making it easy is one of the key issues, that companies should think when they offer something to the customer. Making purchasing process easy, the company assures that the same customer will purchase again. Ofcourse if the customer is happy with the product.
It is not recommended to put the customer to the situation where he or she has to go first to a place a, then place b etc. ... It is not commendable to make customer find out what’s wrong with the product or why it doesn’t work. ... Then company should advise the customer to use the product right. There is always a danger that seller despise the customer by underestimating him. ... If product breaks up, salesman shouldn’t blame customer. If customer gets kind of service that he deserves, he is more likely not to tell off to his friend that firm. ...
No matter what, customers will always by that product that brings most value to them. ...
