“Of Mice and Men” is a very popular novel written by John Steinback about two young men traveling together to find work after being chased out of the ranch they were previously working at. Steinback created simple main characters with one mission, to someday have a ranch of their own where they can raise chickens, horses, kittens, puppies, and, most importantly, rabbits. In the theater production of this novel put on by Moorpark College students, the cast tried their best to bring out the personalities of each character that Steinback created in his novel; however, something about the production did not draw me in.
