These would include a good transport system (for the movement of goods and people), a education system able to teach the populous the skills required for future employment, an industrial base able to process the raw materials of that country (grain, ore etc), a sound health system and a stable political system. A country that has no political stability which is defined as “Ruling by the consent of the governed an activity whereby solutions to social and economic problems are arrived at and different aspirations are met by the process of discussion and compromise rather than by the application of decree or force” is not conducive to a productive environment.
