Values are the most important part of my daily life. Values are the reason I make most of the day to day decisions I make in my life. ... By taking the time to get focused, I am able to be more considerate of myself and others as I go about my day. If I have rushed and not given myself time to focus in the morning, then I find myself scattered and anxious the entire day. Although if I take the time to get focused, I find myself more able to take the time to help the little old lady with her groceries, give an extra hug or kiss to a small child, or have the patience to listen to my best friend complain about her boyfriend. ...
