And while the Courts would want to accommodate all claims, despite the fact that small claims are more frequent, they do not justify the allocation of legal resources. During the 20th century, reform in law took a speedier course and it was arrived that the courts must be separated to handle specific claims. Therefore the Country Courts were in charge of small claims.
