The film opens with a text from the Bible "Consider what God has done: Who can straighten what he has made crooked?" It continues to tell how our civilization may, in the not too distant future, attempt to do this. Gattaca is a world in which police and security checks are carried out by immediate DNA analysis from blood samples. In the sterile world of the Gattaca Aerospace Corporation, god's children, or "faith births," are also called "In-Valid." In a world where parents can control every aspect of their child's body, faith births are not permitted to participate in Gattaca. In Gattaca world DNA is what maps human entire life and gene has the power and the control of the society. Geneticist’s office say “keep in mind this child is still you. Simply the best of you” A young man, Vincent Freeman (Ethan Hawke), dreams of escaping from Earth and rocketing into outer space.
