A clockwork Orange

Plot Analysis “What’s it going to be then, eh?” that is the running theme throughout this story. It’s all about the choices we make. Alex, the main character in this book, is forced to make many different choices throughout the book. Alex and his three friends are a few local trouble makers. Alex does what ever he wants and enjoys being a less than prefect teenager. While on one of their nightly runs, Alex accidentally kills a lady and is betrayed by his friends. The cops arrest Alex and he is taken to the state jail, “End of the line.” While there, Alex tries to find a way to be released sooner than he is supposed to. He discovers an experiment that is going to be preformed on one of the inmates, and hurriedly rushes into the position of expirmente. Alex is given shots and is forced to watch movies filled with violence. After the experiment is over, Alex, during an experiment Alex can’t even think about violence without wanting to become sick.
