My essay
How are you dear, I’ve got some bad news for you, I’m no longer the owner of Life Choice Options. Yep I sold the business, I just couldn’t refuse the offer that was made, and anyway this is how it became. It all started when we were looking for an employee, and one day Susy came in looking for a job, she was wearing a tiny skirt and her boobs were nearly popping right out of her top. Don’t ask me why we hired her because she had no work skills at all, apart from word processing skills, but Gary convinced me to do so, he thought she had potential. Every morning she came in looking like she had been to an all night drug party. She would go to sleep at her desk; she always was on the phone working out her social life and hardly ever did any work. But in some cases she was quite alright, she was sometimes funny and could make you laugh and even knock out a good letter when she felt like it, in ways she did have potential I guess. But after 7 months we fired her, she was practically useless to the business. Then one day out of the blue, Gary and I were sent to the anti-discrimination commission and were faced by Marion an official mediator of the place. Marion then explained to us that Susy had lodged a complaint to them and that she had been sexually harassed and unfairly dismissed, Can you believe it. At the time I thought this whole matter was outrageous. Gary and I were very angry with this, and protested a great deal. Marion continued to say that Gary had exposed himself to her and fondled her breasts and gave her severe phone harassment for 7 months. Sure we gave her the job despite her near naked state and no workplace skills but Gary hired her because he thought she had potential, not to sexually harass her.
