Assessment of history class
Throughout my life I have heard that history is a boring subject. More often than not, I, myself, used to think that history was a waste of time since I would not need it in the future unless I became a history teacher. ... However, what I have come to realize is that history has become more interesting as the years go by. I do not know if it is because I am older and I comprehend better, or if the most controversial facts about history are intentionally saved for a more mature audience. ... At this moment, I am in the process of concluding United States History 101 at San Bernardino Valley College. ... History has taught me that although we should not depend on the past to tell the future, we should learn from it and not repeat the same mistakes.
