4th Ammendment
U.S Constitution Amendment 4 Search and Seizure Amendment four states that all people have the right to be secure as a person, in their homes, Papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures will not be allowed. Warrants will not be issued except for a probable cause supported by oath or affirmation. Also telling how the place shall be searched and the persons and things that will be seized. What this Amendment is saying that every person has a right to be secure of themselves and their possessions. The only way you be searched or seized is if they have a warrant.
