The church organization that I am involved with is membership care service oriented and the purpose of this paper is to describe the office automation and group collaboration software that it currently being used. The continuous communication that takes place within my organization is important so the more advanced the software is the better. The group collaboration consists of a software called Church Membership plus and it consists of fields, which detail member’s contributions, pledges, funds, event-registration church deposits, and personal information. ... The church software has several fields, which give my organizations and its members, a legal guide on church policies and procedures. ... Interoffice email is of great essential and relates to all in the organization new policies and procedures the organization may have updated or changed.
