In which they go on to breaking down the population in to three groups, those eager to get new technology and try it out and improve upon it, those who are hesitant and finds new technology frustrating and would like to have it a proven factor, and lastly those who are resistant to new technology, and in which do everything possible to stay away from new technology, the also refer to them as technophobes.
