As the log in the fireplace began to burn out and the family made their way to bed a young boy was still sitting on the floor of the dimly lit living room. He was frantically placing the multicolored pieces of a Lego set into their positions. He had been constructing this masterpiece since early that morning. The box lying next to the pile of blocks was labeled “Lego Pirate Ship”, yet the model he was creating was a space ship. The boy never liked to recreate what everyone else was making. I have grown up very much since my spaceship building days, yet in some ways I’m still the young innovator that loved to create new things.
