Growth Through Post-Secondary Education Society is defined as, “A group of humans broadly distinguished by mutual interests, participation in characteristic relationships, shared institutions, and a common culture” . ... The concept of post-secondary education is a very important part of our society, as almost one sixth (about 17%) of our population is either currently attending, or about to enter, university or college. ... Post-secondary education is an essential institution that provides growth in economy, society, and personal aspects. This growth is what will lead our future generations to success. ... Post-secondary education provides jobs for many people including professors, coaches and chefs. ... Having people fill these jobs is the goal of post-secondary education to give people the necessary skills needed to obtain these jobs and succeed. This is why governments and businesses are investing in the future of vocational education through publicly funded training organised and subsidised programs at an increased rate. With strong economic growth, our society is able to function and prosper.
