In the novella “The Transformation” a young man named Gregor Samsa is transformed into a monstrous insect. Due to his transformation he loses his job, family, and ultimately his life. By extension, the family too, experiences a transformation. Primarily, Gregors transformation is an act of rebellion against the materialistic world
After his father lost his job, Gregor was the one to take full financial responsibility for the family. ...
