Solving our societies problem of homelessness means we have to address a series of issues that lead to the problem. We have to end homelessness rather then manage it. The first step I would take on my mission to end homelessness is educate myself, family, friends, colleagues, and community on the causes, statistics, and possible solutions of homelessness. ... There is no distinct cause for homelessness, but what a majority of the homeless people do have in common is that fact that a stream of bad luck has carried them to such living conditions.
