I would like to take this time to share my thoughts with you on the educational system. I used to think that education was a way to make myself stronger as a black man, to rise up and overcome the white man. However, I have learned much in the past years since my journey to Mecca. I have come to see that education is a way for all of us to become stronger people. Although I have made bold statements against the white man I now understand that it is wrong to judge someone on the color of their skin. The American Negro has been in oppression for many years. I can only speak of the white man in the context that I know him today.
