The service delivery process started from contacting the potential clients to finish the relationship with the clients. As youth service is aimed at customer satisfaction, the youth may experience different level of satisfaction during service delivery process with the Integrated Youthwork Team. A successful marketing mix is the one which can offer the right service, at the right price, in the right place and with the right people (Hannagan, 1992). The marketing mix adopted by an Integrated Team should acknowledge the tastes and preferences of the youth and that is their subcultures. Moreover, the marketing mix strategy is constantly changed with reference to the conditions and needs of the society.
