This document influenced the men to believe that women were better off being at home taking care of the family instead of going out into the world and becoming more independent. ... To get to my main point, I believe society would be better off if women found a healthy medium between work and home. ... By setting incentives for both work achievements and home achievements will give equal value to both work and family life. ...
